--intermittent fasting for women: 12-14 hrs.

--intermittent fasting for men: 16-18 hrs

--Drink 25oz water every morning with 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt and 1 fresh squeezed lemon juice.

--Increase healthy fats. Examples: Eat 1 avocado a day, 1 tbsp olive oil and/or 1 tbsp of coconut oil.

-- Strength Training min 2x a week. Especially women. = “reverse aging serum.”

--5 min of stillness a day.
